• Review and validate commission data inputs

• Support advisor inquiry resolution professionally

• Validate accuracy of advisor sales tax registration

• Perform reconciliations for various financial accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in the securities brokerage industry

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong time-management abilities in a busy environment

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data management

• Knowledge of Dataphile is an asset
