You will be responsible for financial reporting, managing cash controls, and leading a finance team. This position offers substantial exposure to M&A accounting within the Cannabis/Vape sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

• Oversee inventory accounting and cash management controls

• Prepare financial reporting packages and budgets

• Collaborate with executives and external advisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA designation strongly preferred

• 8+ years of finance experience, particularly in retail

• Proven expertise in M&A transactions

• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
