Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Division 1 proposals and Ordinary bankruptcy cases

• Prepare and file statutory forms and reports

• Schedule meetings with creditors and provide necessary notifications

• Communicate effectively with creditors and debtors

• Monitor payment terms and compliance with proposals

Requirements:

• Knowledge of insolvency practices and statutory requirements

• Familiarity with Ascend software is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure

• Previous experience in accounting, law, or related fields preferred
