Finance Analyst

Position: Finance Analyst at Extendicare

This role reports to the Finance Manager and requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting alongside 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting. You will support budgeting processes, manage reporting, and partner with operational teams to interpret financial results, while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Prepare management reporting packages and KPIs

• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners for insights

• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports

• Drive financial process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Accounting

• 3-5 years of related finance experience

• CPA certification required

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Knowledge of Workday preferred
