As Tax Manager, you will oversee Canadian Federal and Provincial income and sales tax audits. You'll collaborate with advisors and manage compliance processes, ensuring tax positions align with regulations. You'll also engage in transfer pricing activities, supporting audits and maintaining documentation for intercompany transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Canadian Federal income tax audits and responses
• Oversee monthly sales tax compliance processes
• Handle Canadian Federal and Provincial tax payments
• Support transfer pricing policy execution and documentation
• Collaborate with external advisors for tax planning
Requirements:
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ASC 740 US GAAP accounting
• Solid knowledge of income tax regulations
• Ability to manage stakeholders and audit processes
• Strong background in transfer pricing compliance
