In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating credit worthiness, processing applications, and leading collections efforts. Your experience in high-volume environments and strong analytical skills will guide the team in optimizing financial services and recovery processes. Collaborate with various departments to mitigate risks while supporting the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor overdue invoices and initiate collection contacts
• Approve write-offs of uncollectable amounts
• Lead monthly accounts receivable reviews and follow-ups
• Research credit information to evaluate potential clients
• Assess and manage credit holds on orders
Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• 4 years in accounts receivable or credit and collection
• Proven experience with credit information platforms
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
