Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, you will play a key role in the accounting function. Your tasks will include overseeing the month-end close, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role values critical thinking and attention to detail while promoting a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports

• Collaborate on integrating financial enterprise systems

• Drive month-end closing accuracy for P&L accounts

• Conduct variance analyses to support decision-making

• Mentor team members and drive process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• At least 5 years in accounting or finance roles

• CPA designation essential

• Proven experience with IFRS and public companies

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
