Capital Planning Manager - GESI

Take on a pivotal role as the Capital Planning Manager with GESI in Vaughan, Ontario. Drive financial strategies and support operational success within a high-growth company.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end capital budgeting and forecasting processes. You will partner with Finance and Operations leaders, providing financial insights to evaluate proposed capital projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in capital planning within the environmental services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the capital budgeting and forecasting processes organization-wide

• Develop a comprehensive multi-year capital investment strategy

• Ensure compliance with capital requests and approvals

• Monitor capital spending and forecast variances

• Report on capital-related KPIs and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Expertise in budgeting and capital planning

• Familiarity with Workday Capital Module is a plus
