Finance Transformation Lead - Contract Role

Become the driving force behind financial transformation as our Value Stream Owner on a 12-month contract. Lead integration improvements for finance data flows to enhance GL and reporting accuracy.

In this contract role, you will lead critical finance transformation initiatives. Your expertise will guide the analysis and redesign of financial data processes. Collaborating with finance, business, and IT teams, you will identify inefficiencies and enhance integration strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Finance workstream for process improvements

• Analyze current financial data flows to find gaps

• Trace reporting data back to source systems

• Collaborate with teams to implement future-state solutions

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process redesign

Requirements:

• Strong experience as Value Stream Owner or Analyst

• Deep understanding of GL processes and financial flows

• Proven ability to drive change between business and tech

• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management

• Background in finance transformation initiatives
