Financial Analyst Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will play a key role in month-end close processes, variance analysis, and effective compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of finance experience who possess strong Excel skills and critical thinking abilities. Your focus on efficiency will drive process improvements while collaborating with finance teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounts and monthly financial reports

• Oversee month-end close for balance sheet and P&L accounts

• Prepare and present budget-to-actual and variance analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support budget preparation

• Drive finance process improvements through innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-2 years of finance or accounting experience

• Working towards CPA designation preferred

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
