Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of underwriting staff

• Provide coaching and training on credit policies

• Review and adjudicate standard mortgage files

• Act as primary contact for underwriting queries

• Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience

• 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of credit policies and underwriting standards

• Coaching and people-management skills

• Familiarity with mortgage insurers and regulatory requirements
