As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead month-end and year-end close activities for multiple retail entities. This includes oversight of M&A accounting processes and strong inventory management. You will also enhance cash management practices and ensure a disciplined approach to financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle month-end and year-end closing

• Ensure accurate accounting for M&A transactions

• Manage inventory accounting and reconcile store variances

• Develop and analyze financial reports and budgets

• Mentor and develop a finance team for excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• CPA designation preferred

• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience

• Retail accounting expertise;
Cannabis experience a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
