Supervisor of Treasury Operations

Lead the Treasury team at Extendicare in Markham, Ontario, as the Supervisor of Treasury Operations. This hybrid position focuses on effective cash management and optimizing liquidity through insightful forecasting.

Reporting directly to the Director of Treasury, this role requires strong leadership over daily treasury functions for Extendicare and its subsidiaries. You will direct two Treasury Analysts while ensuring accurate cash positioning and reporting. Your expertise will influence operational decisions through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily treasury operations and liquidity oversight

• Coach and develop Treasury Analysts to promote improvement

• Oversee cash forecasting and reporting across all entities

• Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders for optimization

• Identify process improvements and best practices in operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline

• CTP designation mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management

• Expertise in Excel and financial forecasting

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
