Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain detailed project proformas

• Update and analyze project budgets regularly

• Assist in financing proposals and cash flow forecasts

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience

• Actively pursuing CPA designation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent

• Experience in home building or real estate beneficial
