In this leadership position, you will report directly to the Director of Credit and Collections. Your responsibility extends to developing cash flow and collection forecasting reports, enhancing accounts receivable metrics. Collaborating closely with Sales and Treasury will ensure streamlined processes and successful outcomes in managing complex customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cash-flow and collection forecasting initiatives
• Drive enterprise-wide collections strategy for DSO improvement
• Manage and coach Accounts Receivable team members
• Oversee rigorous customer credit assessments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 10+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections
• Leadership experience of 5+ years required
• Proficient in financial analysis and credit risk assessment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, JDE preferred
Drive optimizations in credit management, collections, and cash flow processes with Green Infrastructure Partners.
