In this position, you will report directly to the Human Resource Manager, providing daily operational support within the HR department. Your tasks will include talent acquisition, employee processing, and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive documents. Building a positive environment is key to enhancing company satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for the HR department
• Participate in the Joint health and safety committee
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities and onboarding
• Maintain employee information using HRIS systems
• Conduct interviews with candidates across various channels
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary diploma in Human Resources or related field
• 1 year of HR or Recruitment experience
• Knowledge of Labor Relations and Employment Standards
• Familiarity with HRIS like BambooHR
• Advanced MS Office and Google Apps skills
