• Direct leadership in Employee Relations and committee oversight

• Drive Occupational Health and attendance support initiatives

• Formulate and implement Union Prevention strategies

• Develop and govern workforce-related policies and frameworks

• Cultivate a high-performing HR team through mentorship
Requirements:

• Relevant degree in HR, Business, Law, or similar

• Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience

• In-depth knowledge of Ontario employment laws

• Competent in conflict resolution and workforce risk management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
