Key Responsibilities:

• Align HR priorities with operational leaders’ strategies

• Conduct recruitment and define roles for new hires

• Facilitate effective onboarding experience for new employees

• Provide legal and practical advice on employee relations

• Assist in performance management and succession planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years in HRBP or equivalent roles

• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment law

• Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills

• Preference for CHRP or CHRL designation
