Communications Intern at GIP

Join Green Infrastructure Partners as a Communications Intern to enhance internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Support various HR projects while gaining valuable experience.

Assisting the Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist, you will help draft and manage internal communications, intranet content, and exciting employee initiatives. Work closely with the HR team and contribute to projects that foster a positive work environment and align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft engaging employee communications and updates

• Create and manage content on intranet platforms

• Support HR with employee engagement and recognition programs

• Recommend improvements for communication channels

• Help coordinate and track HR communications

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Communications, Public Relations, or a similar field

• Proven content creation skills for online platforms

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Canva applications

• Strong organizational abilities in fast-paced settings

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
