Position: Senior Learning and Employee Engagement Specialist

This pivotal role entails managing leadership programs from design to evaluation, working closely with senior leaders and business partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct planning and logistics for leadership development initiatives

• Support facilitators through tailored training programs

• Identify and recommend effective learning solutions

• Design and implement blended learning experiences

• Analyze participant feedback and program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in Learning and Development or similar

• At least 5 years in relevant fields

• Strong instructional design and program development skills

• Experience with eLearning tools is an asset

• Excellent organizational abilities and stakeholder engagement
