**** SUMMARY
* * Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs.
** PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
**** TALENT ACQUISITION & SOURCING
*** Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
* Proactively source candidates through Linked In, internal talent pools, referrals, and other channels
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
** STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP
*** Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
* Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate selection
* Ensure a positive and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience
** RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE
*** Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and reporting
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion practices
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and programs
** POSITION REQUIREMENTS
*** 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, supporting full‐cycle hiring.
* Previous experience supporting recruitment in construction, manufacturing, or a similar project‐based industry is an asset.
* Proven experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions and role types.
* Strong sourcing capabilities using Linked In, referrals, and other talent channels.
* Experience working with an ATS;
Workday experience is an asset.
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and equitable hiring practices.
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
** WHAT WE OFFER
*** Expected Base Salary: $30 - $38 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity and work location.
