JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Field Service Manager to lead the delivery and performance for a portfolio of Honeywell’s Public‑Private Partnership (P3) projects in Canada.

This role is accountable for the safe, compliant, and profitable execution of long‑term contracts, with a strong emphasis on contractual compliance, risk management, and quality‑driven service delivery to eliminate financial deductions, abatements, and penalties.

The successful candidate will lead a multi‑site facilities organization, ensuring services are delivered in strict alignment with contractual requirements, performance standards, and regulatory obligations, while fostering strong internal and external relationships that enable proactive issue resolution, early risk identification, and sustained customer satisfaction.

The Field Service Manager plays a critical leadership role in translating strategy into execution, stabilizing operations through disciplined management systems, and developing a high‑performing team capable of delivering consistent, compliant, and audit‑ready performance across complex, mission‑critical environments.

Ce rôle est responsable de l'exécution sûre, conforme et rentable des contrats à long terme, en mettant l'accent sur la conformité contractuelle, la gestion des risques et une prestation de service axée sur la qualité afin d'éliminer les déductions financières, réductions et pénalités.

Le candidat retenu dirigera une organisation multi-sites de gestion des installations, en veillant à ce que les services soient fournis en stricte conformité avec les exigences contractuelles, les normes de performance et les obligations réglementaires, tout en favorisant des relations internes et externes solides qui permettent la résolution proactive des problèmes, l'identification précoce des risques et la satisfaction client durable.

Le Responsable de Service Terrain joue un rôle de leadership critique dans la traduction de la stratégie en exécution, la stabilisation des opérations par des systèmes de gestion disciplinés, et le développement d'une équipe perform ante capable de fournir une performance cohérente, conforme et prête pour les audits dans des environnements complexes et critiques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities People Leadership, Quality & Safety
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and extended field teams, driving accountability for service quality, compliance, and performance outcomes
  • Promote a culture of quality, procedural discipline, and continuous improvement aligned with contract requirements
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment across all sites, with strict adherence to Honeywell and customer safety standards
  • Champion professionalism, inclusion, ethical leadership, and risk awareness across all operations
Operational & Business Leadership
  • Lead and manage a high‑performing Field Services and Facilities Management organization supporting P3 Operational contracts
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day operational performance, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds contractual service levels, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
  • Drive consistent execution through Honeywell Management Operating Systems, standard work, and continuous improvement to reduce operational variability and performance risk
Financial Performance, KPI Protection & Cost Control
  • Own delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the P3 portfolio, including Revenue, Operating Income, Working Capital, and Past Due performance
  • Actively manage operational drivers that impact KPI performance, service credits, deductions, abatements, and penalties, ensuring financial exposure is minimized
  • Manage cost control and productivity, ensuring alignment with approved Opex and Capex operating models while maintaining service quality
