The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Senior Manager, Regulatory & Compliance Delivery Lead
to drive complex enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen Aviva Canada’s risk management, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and control discipline.
As a key member of the Transformation Senior Leadership Team, you will lead cross-functional delivery ofhigh visibilityregulatory and risk programs, converting supervisory expectations into structured and actionable delivery plans. This role is essential in advancing Aviva Canada’s transformation priorities while ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations and is equipped with sustainable,future readycapabilities.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of regulatory and risk-related programs and initiativesTranslate regulatory requirements and supervisory guidance into clear implementation roadmapsCoordinate cross-functional teams across Business Units, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and TechnologyEnsure initiatives align with evolving regulatory expectations and internal governance standardsMaintain strong executive-ready reporting and transparent escalation of delivery risksDrive sustainable enhancements in control effectiveness and operational resilienceSupport audit readiness, documentation standards, and regulatory evidence requirementsPartner with senior leaders to proactivelyidentifyregulatory risk and execution gapsEmbed structured governance and disciplined program management practices across initiativesWhatyou’llbring
Demonstrated experience delivering complex regulatory, risk, or compliance transformation initiativesStrong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory change, and governance environmentsExperienceoperatingin highly regulated industries with tight timelines and supervisory oversightProven ability to lead cross-functionaldeliveryin matrixed organizationsStrong program management capabilityComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging where neededAbility to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into pragmatic, scalable business solutionsHigh attention to detail with strong judgment under pressureClear, structured communicator with strong written and verbal executive reporting capabilityWhat makes you stand out

The salary band for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.Compelling rewards package
