Description du posteSenior Manager, Commercial Services leading a team of Account Managers in structuring credit and managing operations. Provides guidance, leadership, coaching and development to ensure business results and professional/personal development objectives are achieved. Manages a book of business in alignment with credit and operational risk policies. Accountable for unit growth through pipeline management, sales coaching, and delivering superior customer experience to drive profitable business growth in line with strategy.
ResponsabilitésCustomer Focus
- Lead the execution and achievement of business customer/partner experience targets.
- Resolve customer operational and credit issues.
- Champion use of sales platform for customer insights.
- Lead and manage Account Managers in developing competitive solutions.
- Set service and control standards aligned to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Build knowledge of market, customers, and broader economic factors.
- Develop centre of influence strategies.
- Respond to changes in business environment with action plans.
- Primary escalation point for significant sales/risk matters.
- Identify referral opportunities to internal bank partners.
- Enhance TDBG brand by participating in network events.
Shareholder Focus
- Contribute to business plan, goal setting, growth strategies and coaching.
- Build new relationships and deepen existing ones following BBRM.
- Meet or exceed business targets for the unit.
- Negotiate to maximize profitability of relationships.
- Coach team in credit risk assessment and structuring recommendations.
- Ensure full range of products are offered to maximize returns.
- Refer to other business partners and respond to referrals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance guidelines and mandatory training.
- Protect the interests of the organization by managing risk.
- Support culture of risk management and control aligned with risk appetite.

- Oversee, lead, and coach Commercial Account Managers.
- Oversee credit management and sales for complex commercial accounts.
- Provide coaching, mentorship and guidance.
- Manage overall discipline and strategy for areas.
- Strategic partner to leadership on portfolio management.
- Involved in key strategic discussions and roadmap.
- Set operational team direction and collaborate on unit goals.
- Focus on longer‑range planning (12+ months).
- Develop innovative approaches to sales process and account management.
- Generally reports to the Unit Leader.
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
