In this pivotal role, you will oversee technology programs within financial services and public infrastructure, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Lightworks is looking for a seasoned leader who can translate strategic direction into effective execution, manage client relationships at the highest levels, and contribute to business development. You will be embedded in key programs like CTO-as-a-Service and ACP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex technology and modernization programs
• Develop structured programs from executive priorities
• Lead delivery teams with VP or SVP-level accountability
• Manage relationships with board-level stakeholders
• Mentor Senior Consultants and foster team development
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in senior consulting roles, preferably regulated environments
• Demonstrable outcomes in program scope and delivery
• Experience in AI capability building, Lang Chain
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
