Position: BGIS Senior Director, HSE Client Leadership
Elevate HSE practices at BGIS as the Senior Director, responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental compliance across Canadian operations. Ensure regulatory adherence and foster a culture of safety.

As the Senior Director for HSE Client Services, you will play a critical role in aligning safety protocols with business strategies. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to incident resolution, compliance management, and talent development. You are also tasked with collaborating with account leaders to ensure impactful HSE program implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the management of health and safety programs

• Lead successful incident investigations and root-cause analyses

• Develop strong HSE teams through mentorship and coaching

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client HSE guidelines

• Coordinate resources for effective program delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant scientific discipline

• 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in facilities management

• Deep understanding of HSE legislations and best practices

• Advanced communication and leadership skills

• Strong preference for bilingual capabilities in English and French
