Lead Service Technicians at Husky Technologies

This position requires you to manage service technicians effectively, scheduling their workload and ensuring they have all necessary resources and support. You'll monitor expenses, follow up on service reports, and escalate issues as needed while promoting continuous enhancements in service operations.

• Develop and guide service technicians in their roles

• Schedule and balance workloads for service assignments

• Ensure adequate tools and resources for technicians

• Follow up on service costs and reports promptly

• Track issues and drive continuous improvement metrics

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in customer service and a technical role

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Empathy for customer needs and flexibility

• Understanding of BaanLN and injection molding machines
