Position: Extendicare Cash Management Supervisor

In this vital role reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will lead a team of two Treasury Analysts, managing short- and long-term liquidity forecasts. Your strong analytical skills and business acumen will empower you to optimize cash resources. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring liquidity management across various subsidiaries and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise treasury operations and enhance liquidity management

• Lead and mentor two Treasury Analysts for growth

• Oversee cash positioning and daily reporting activities

• Manage robust cash forecasting for operational support

• Partner with multiple departments to improve working capital

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

• 5+ years in treasury and cash management leadership

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
