As the Director, you will oversee the facilitation and administration of family circles and tribunal processes while ensuring adherence to the Algonquin laws of child and family well-being. Collaboration with internal and external partners is critical, as you will focus on training, protocol development, and effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational frameworks
• Liaise with community stakeholders and facilitators
• Conduct training sessions for tribunal members
• Ensure operational compliance with regulations
• Supervise administrative staff in circle operations
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in dispute resolution practices
• Extensive management experience (3-5 years)
• Strong understanding of Indigenous traditions
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel frequently
