Operational Excellence Director with DECIEM

DECIEM is seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Director to enhance our operational processes at our Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke. Focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiencies through continuous improvement efforts.

This position calls for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in manufacturing CI methods. As the Operational Excellence Director, you will engage manufacturing and engineering teams to implement best practices that align with the company's operational strategies.

Your role will involve managing key CI projects and mentoring others in frameworks like PDCA and DMAIC to sustain long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Plant leaders for performance improvements

• Facilitate the development of the Operational Master Plan

• Conduct training sessions on CI methodologies

• Champion CI projects and track progress with KPIs

• Provide support for new product commercialization efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years CI experience in manufacturing

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

• Expertise in Lean/CI project management

• Educational background in industrial or operations management

• Strong grasp of end-to-end product supply based on metrics
