As a Team Leader at PERI, you will oversee day-to-day yard operations with a strong focus on productivity and safety. This position requires a results-driven individual with leadership skills to monitor workflows and maintain high-quality standards. You'll collaborate with management and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to monitor daily operation workflows

• Ensure compliance with quality standards for processes and materials

• Optimize labour, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of new team members

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

• 2 years in a supervisory role

• Experience in yard or outdoor environments

• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards

• Experience with logistical coordination
