Facility Maintenance Resident Manager GDI

GDI Services (Canada) LP seeks a skilled Resident Manager to oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with service standards. Emphasizing strong leadership skills and effective communication, you’ll manage operations across multiple sites.

In this pivotal role, the Resident Manager is responsible for fostering a collaborative culture and building relationships with clients. You will utilize skills in financial analysis, project management, and health safety to maintain operational excellence. Conduct site inspections, manage team performance, and ensure service quality as per contract agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation

• Review and adjust labor hours based on vacancy reports

• Prepare and present quarterly business reports via Power Point

• Conduct periodic site audits to ensure quality levels are documented

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and unions

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning industry preferred

• Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience managing unionized staff

• Health and Safety background required

• Must pass criminal record check
