As the Home Centre Manager, you will administer budget goals and sales strategies while supporting a motivated team through effective leadership and training.
Your role will focus on building relationships with customers and contractors, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain store location operations and security
• Oversee adherence to brand safety and merchandising standards
• Manage sales margins, pricing, and inventory controls
• Lead performance management and training initiatives
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and contractors
Requirements:
• 6–9 years in sales or retail management
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Familiarity with lumber products and commodity sales
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
