Lead a dynamic team as Service Manager with Premier Equipment in Ontario. Deliver top-notch customer service while ensuring efficiency in operations within the John Deere setting.

Premier Equipment is seeking a Service Manager to oversee team dynamics and foster a customer-focused environment. You’ll lead and develop technicians and service advisors, enhance service operations, and drive success through clear performance metrics.

Your role encompasses workflow optimization, customer satisfaction, and a collaborative approach across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and coach technicians to enhance team performance

• Ensure customers are well-informed throughout the service process

• Set and achieve service KPIs for efficiency and satisfaction

• Optimize shop scheduling and operations to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with Parts and Sales for a seamless service experience

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience with a team of 6+ service professionals

• Strong understanding of labor management and shop flow

• Customer-focused with experience in high-pressure environments

• Integrity-driven with a commitment to team trust

• Knowledge of John Deere or heavy equipment service advantageous
