Arcadis seeks a Senior Nuclear Practice Leader for its Radiation Risk Management group. In this significant role, you will provide mentorship and technical leadership while advancing the environmental radiation, science, and engineering practice across various projects in the nuclear fuel cycle. Your contributions will shape project delivery and client relations throughout Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
• Develop strategic delivery plans and fee projections
• Manage project financials and monitoring controls
• Oversee resource allocation for effective project execution
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in Radiation Risk related fields
• Proven ability to manage and direct technical teams
• Master’s Degree in relevant scientific discipline preferred
• Experience with Indigenous projects is advantageous
• Strong communication skills required
Lead innovative radiological initiatives at Arcadis and make a measurable impact in the field.
