Senior Manager, Contracts for Capital Projects

Lead commercial strategy for major capital projects as a Senior Manager, Contracts. Drive successful negotiation outcomes while managing multi-billion-dollar contracts in a dynamic environment.

This role is essential for shaping the contracting strategy on significant capital projects using EPCM/EPC models. With over 15 years of contract management experience, you will oversee risk allocation, drive complex negotiations, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project-wide contracting strategy

• Drive full contract formation process, including RFPs and negotiations

• Oversee contract administration and compliance controls

• Manage key commercial risks and contractor performance

• Build strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in contract management

• Proven leadership with 5+ years managing teams

• Background in mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure

• Familiarity with EPCM/EPC contracting models

• Demonstrated success in managing complex claims
