In this pivotal role, you will lead the Short-Term Disability team, guiding Nurse Case Managers and Disability Coordinators to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients across Canada and the U.S. With a focus on process improvement and operational metrics, you will adapt to challenging situations and oversee the management of high-risk cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of Short-Term Disability department
• Mentor Nurse Case Managers and Disability Coordinators
• Monitor performance metrics and service level agreements
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee complex disability case management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• 5+ years in disability management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of disability best practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
