As a highly organized Program Manager, you will oversee planning and administration across all program pillars, ensuring efficient execution of events and activities aimed at workforce development. This role requires a proactive mindset and 2-4 years of relevant experience in program management or coordination. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, documentation, stakeholder communication, and logistics to foster participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate execution of Thrivers AME activities across six pillars
• Organize AME Symposium and manage logistics
• Oversee career coaching scheduling and materials
• Facilitate mentorship and networking events
• Assist in community outreach and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• 2-4 years experience in program or project management
• Familiarity with grant-funded programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in workforce development
