In this role, you will oversee both front-end and service operations, ensuring the team's adherence to company policies and brand standards. You will engage in customer-focused coaching, manage key service and sales KPIs, and promote consistency in employee performance. Additionally, you will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and company programs
• Train and coach team members in customer service and selling
• Maintain leadership presence as Manager-on-Duty
• Drive enrollment in Loyalty Rewards to boost customer retention
• Ensure accurate operation of POS and Self-Checkout systems
Requirements:
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail
• Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
• Operational knowledge and compliance skills
• Strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
• Physical ability to fulfill in-store duties
