Spectrum Home Support Program Manager Position

In this role, you will manage the delivery of support services while collaborating closely with the Regional Director. As a suitable candidate, you must be an RN or RPN with recent management experience, particularly in community health care. You will focus on coaching staff, overseeing training processes, and utilizing key performance indicators to drive quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate teams for optimal client service
• Conduct hiring and training for Home Support Supervisors
• Analyze KPIs and engage in improvement discussions
• Recognize and address service quality challenges
• Assist the Regional Director with operations and project tasks
Requirements:
• Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse or RPN
• Management experience in community health settings
• Proficiency in navigating unionized work environments
• Strong skills in complaint resolution and conflict management
• Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
