This role is crucial for leading SE Health's innovative projects through the Solutions Lab. The Strategic Program Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to implement initiatives that promote enterprise objectives and significant health care delivery changes. Robust strategic thinking skills and an ability to manage complexity are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead evaluation and design for assigned initiatives
• Convert strategies into clear, actionable metrics
• Oversee project timelines and risk management
• Produce business cases and high-level updates
• Ensure initiatives fit within strategic enterprise goals
Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferred or comparable experience
• 4-7 years in project management within healthcare
• Familiarity with innovation and transformation practices
• Strong leadership and communication talents
• Aptitude for data analysis and informed decision-making
