In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of specialized initiatives that support SE Health's transformation agenda. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions. Candidates should exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate innovative solutions and models
• Manage timelines, project scope, and resource allocations
• Develop comprehensive business cases and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for success
• Contribute to strategic reports and presentations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience desired
• 4–7 years of project management experience
• Proven strategic thinking and systems perspective
• Experience leading cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
