AVP Crisis Management & Operational Resilience

Lead crisis management and operational resiliency as the Assistant Vice President at Aviva Canada. This role focuses on strategic leadership and effective safety protocols within a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement crisis management strategies

• Support compliance with operational resiliency guidelines

• Enhance health and safety culture across the organization

• Track and report performance metrics regularly

• Manage third-party operational resilience assessments

Requirements:

• MBA/business qualifications preferred

• 10+ years in Operational Resiliency expertise

• 5+ years in senior management experience

• Experience in P&C Insurance advantageous

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
