Dyversity Communications, a member of the Stagwell Network, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Account Executive (Contract) to support our multicultural marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
This role is ideally suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing that reflects the diversity of today’s consumer landscape.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Primarily focusing on Social and Influencer Marketing.
- Ensure all projects align with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide cultural insights and recommendations to enhance campaign relevance and impact.
- Working with Media Team to track, measure, and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities for account growth.
- Stay current on trends in multicultural consumer behavior and marketing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of Canada’s multicultural landscape and consumer segments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working with CPG or corporate brands is an asset.
- Professional, client-first approach with strong relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with both creative and analytical mindsets.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability in project delivery.
