Campus Manager for Residential Recovery

Drive change as the Campus Manager for Adult & Teen Challenge BC in Lake Country, British Columbia. Lead the residential recovery program while ensuring effective staff management and program delivery within a faith-based context.

This role demands leadership skills to guide staff and foster a supportive environment for students. You will oversee all aspects of the residential program, ensuring pristine operations and strong community outreach. Engage in team dynamics and uphold the mission of ATCBC with integrity and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff supervision and mentoring

• Ensure effective training and scheduling of volunteers

• Oversee program delivery and quality assurance

• Maintain safety and operational standards of facilities

• Foster outreach efforts and community relationships

Requirements:

• Spirit-led, born-again individual in alignment with ATCBC's faith

• Background in addiction recovery or ministry settings

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to continuously learn and grow

• Completion of criminal record check required
