Life & Health Insurance Advisor (Training + Mentorship) Overview

Join a mentorship-driven team where you?ll build a client-centric advisory practice across life & health insurance and basic investment solutions. We provide structure, coaching, and workshop-driven warm leads so you can ramp quickly and sustainably.

• Meet families and professionals to assess needs and recommend solutions (Life, CI/Health, Disability insurances; Seg Funds/GIFs & insured investments guidance).
• Run/attend client workshops and community events; follow up on warm leads.
• Maintain compliant, needs-based sales practices and CRM hygiene.
• Follow a 30/60/90-day ramp plan with weekly coaching (if LLQP Licensing support is needed).

• Mentorship & training:
  Weekly coaching, scripts, role-plays, and deal clinics.
• Licensing path: LLQP guidance and study resources (exam prep support).
• Tools: CRM, marketing assets, bilingual materials, workshop kits.
• Brand power & credibility:
  Represent a trusted Canadian financial cooperative brand (Desjardins) with co-branded marketing materials and recognized community presence?helps open doors for first meetings and referrals.
• Income:
  Commission-based with potential bonuses/overrides where applicable. First-year OTE: ~$60k?$120k (performance-based; not a salary or guarantee).

• LLQP licensed or willing/able to obtain within ~90 days.
• Coachable, entrepreneurial, resilient; comfortable with prospecting.
• Strong communicator; second language is an asset; access to a vehicle is helpful.

Independent contractor, commission-based; earnings vary with production. No base salary. Training and mentorship provided.
