Village Nissan a proud member of the Drive Autogroup, is currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to not only anticipate, but exceed customer expectations, while having in-depth knowledge of the product line-up.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and online

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Explain features, specifications, pricing, and financing/leasing options clearly
  • Prepare and present sales and lease agreements
  • Negotiate terms while ensuring dealership profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and paperwork
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
  • Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and showroom-ready
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • The ability to operate PC-based software, and experience using Vinsolutions and Next Up would be considered an asset.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have a valid OMVIC license.
