Village Nissan a proud member of the Drive Autogroup, is currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to not only anticipate, but exceed customer expectations, while having in-depth knowledge of the product line-up.

Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and online
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle optionsConduct vehicle presentations and test drivesExplain features, specifications, pricing, and financing/leasing options clearlyPrepare and present sales and lease agreementsNegotiate terms while ensuring dealership profitability and customer satisfactionMaintain strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentivesFollow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationshipsMeet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targetsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systemsCoordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth delivery processAssist customers with trade-in evaluations and paperworkStay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledgeEnsure vehicles are properly merchandised and showroom-readyQualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.Available to work flexible hours & weekends.The ability to operate PC-based software, and experience using Vinsolutions and Next Up would be considered an asset.Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.Must have a valid OMVIC license.Skills
