• Collaborate with the Hospitality Experience Sales team on process design
• Implement integration of CRM tools and digital retailing systems
• Develop lead management and customer engagement strategies
• Lead onboarding and skills workshops for new hires
• Use data insights to drive decision-making and training programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in automotive sales management
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of CRM and digital retailing
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Familiarity with customer engagement best practices
