Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide dealership guidance
• Generate positive interactions and customer experiences
• Explain policies and procedures clearly to clients
• Prepare purchased vehicles for customer delivery
• Clarify vehicle features and documentation thoroughly
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• OMVIC licensed with a clean Driver’s License
• French, Mandarin, or Cantonese speaking skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales orientation and commitment to goals
