Account Manager for SMB Cybersecurity

NPC Data Guard seeks a driven Account Manager to propel sales in the SMB sector. This role emphasizes consultative sales strategies and pipeline management to build new accounts while growing existing ones. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively pursue new business through cold outreach
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and demos
• Manage post-sale relationships and onboarding
• Track all sales activities in our CRM system
Requirements:
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech or SMB
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and managed services
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven results in full-cycle sales management
